i use the magic want to select the outline, feather the selection, open a layer under the thing that i want to glow and fill it uo with whit in the new layer
Huh.. well, that makes sense to do it that way as well. =3 Haven't tried that technique (as the magic wand never wants to cooperate with me. XD)
