Failure of BeingA/N: As a one-shotian, I feel I need to explain a bit of my mythology behind this. Started off by contemplating a Mars' fossilized bacteria question in my astronomy class. XD

Taking place around 65 million BC, right around the time the dinosaurs were supposedly wiped out on Earth by an asteroid, I started theorizing that this could have been a part of a larger meteorite storm. Now the logic and chemistry isn't totally sound on this part, but suffice it to say enough massive asteroids hit the sun as well to off-set the nuclear reactions on the surface to create a huge coronal mass ejection that heads straight for Mars.
