Happy Halloween everyone!! :iconpumpkinlaplz:

Evil OC Observants Illy and Klei (better bio descriptions for both of them > [link] [link]) ready to terrorize the crap out of anyone they run into on Halloween. :mwahaha: I imagine they'd easily cause a riot of some sort among ghosts and humans alike, being troublemakers and all. XD
This is more or less my example entry for the TFW-Observant holiday contest. Not really though as they are doing anything actually Halloween oriented.

Chandler voice: Oh. My. God. This took me a week and a half in all to do. T^T But totally worth it! 8D I like that black light, purpley effect on it. XD
And a thankee to ~RottweilerDog for assuaging my doubts in the WIP process. :tighthug:
